History
Home Care of the Grand Valley was developed as a Not-for-Profit, free standing agency when St. Mary’s Home Care closed.
Home Care of the Grand Valley was designed to serve the clients most in need of highly skilled care provided by professionals. Home Care of the Grand Valley seeks to continue the work of the professional and has achieved that goal and then some by serving several thousand patients, clients and families in Mesa County. Thus the not for profit community based agency was founded.
We have had support and donations from organizations such as St. Mary's Hospital, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Hilltop Community Resources and many others over the years. Because of our strong staff expertise and with the Executive Director's leadership, we have become very successful, receiving several awards for quality and excellence and recognition as a leader for Home Health Care over the years.
Our clinicians have worked for many years with the local Mesa County physicians to help their patients get well after premature birth, complicated orthopedic surgeries and strokes.
