When life events present health challenges, we are here to assist you and your family. Whether you're recovering from a hospital stay or are receiving other medical treatment, our expert clinicians are ready to respond to your health care needs.
We believe that remaining at home is an important part of health recovery. For that reason, we also offer Lifeline®, a personal electronic monitoring system that provides immediate emergency notification 24 hours a day. What We Do Best
Assisting clients to regain their independence and health is our main focus.
To accomplish that, we offer specialized rehabilitation and a high-tech, professionally-skilled medical staff to meet the health care needs of clients of all ages in what we believe is the most healing setting – at home.
We are uniquely staffed to provide neonatal and pediatric care to critically-ill infants and children. Education and training for family caregivers is also an important part of our service.
Infusion therapy and wound care are among our specialties.
Staff includes occupational, physical and speech therapists, nurses, certified nursing assistants and social workers. They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to deliver skilled care.
We also offer a wide range of personal care, homemaking and monitoring services through our Wellness Program.
We are Medicare/Medicaid certified. Private insurance and private pay are also accepted.
